Data Deletion Instructions
You can ask us to delete data that Relay holds about you or your business at any time. Relay is a product of DIGI CREATIVHEADS LLP (LLPIN ACL-0995), trading as CreativHeads Agency.
Option 1 — Request deletion by email
- Email hello@creativheads.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Include your name, your business/Relay account (if any), and the Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp number or email address involved.
- We will confirm receipt and may ask you to verify that you own the account or data.
- We delete the data within 30 days and email you a confirmation when it is done.
Option 2 — Disconnect your account (Relay customers)
- In Relay, open your inbox/channel settings and disconnect the WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Page or email channel; or
- Remove Relay's access in Meta Business Settings (Business integrations / connected apps) or in Facebook/Instagram Settings > Apps and Websites.
- Disconnecting stops further data collection immediately. Data from that channel is deleted within 30 days. To close your whole Relay account, email us.
If you messaged a business that uses Relay
Contact that business directly, or email us. We will work with the business (the data controller) to act on your request.
What we delete
- Messages, comments, attachments and voice notes (and their transcripts) from the connected channel or contact;
- Contact profiles, names, phone numbers, profile identifiers, tags and notes;
- Access tokens and connection details for the disconnected Facebook Page, Instagram account or WhatsApp number;
- AI knowledge content and bot settings (when the account is closed);
- Account and team user details (when the account is closed).
What we may keep
Limited records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices and payment records for tax and accounting, are retained only for the period required by law and are not used for any other purpose. Backups are overwritten in their normal cycle.
Timeline
Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request or disconnection, and we confirm by email when you request deletion by email.
